Most all-grain recipes are available in batch sizes of 1, 2, 2.5, 3, and 5 gallons. Extract recipes are available in a batch size of 5 gallons only.

ABV = Alcohol By Volume
IBU = International Bitterness Units according to the Tinseth formula. The higher this number, the more bitter the beer.
SRM = Color of the beer according to the Standard Reference Method. Numbers between 1 and 8 are straw to golden in color, 9 through 17 amber to light brown, 18 though 30 medium to dark brown, and higher than 30 approaching black. Actual results will vary slightly depending on your brewing technique.
Ingredient listings are for the all-grain version. For the extract version, malt extract is substituted for the base malts.

Single hopped beers can be a huge learning tool and can make some pretty incredible beers. We’re starting off our Alpha Ales Single Hop Series with Chinook, a spicy and piney American hop. This recipe relies on whirlpool and dry hopping for almost all of its hop character.

The Pink Rider (Hibiscus Saison)
Pink Rider is a standard-strength saison with two twists - a generous amount of fruity, exotic Mosaic hops plus hibiscus, which gives the beer a slightly pink color. As with all saisons, this dangerously drinkable beer can be fermented anywhere from 68° to 80°F and beyond – perfect for summer brewing!
